The weather has turned. Winter is almost over in Northern India. The weather in the day starts to begin hot.

There is a need to take special care of health in such a situation. Actually, at this time our body is trying to keep pace with the change of seasons.  You must fall ill if you don’t take care of yourself.

Taking care of health has become a very difficult task in today’s busy life. We have become so entangled in the desire to rise up in society and earn money that he does not think to pay attention to his own health.

Treatment with money is possible but we have to suffer many other things due to bad health. Good habits can keep your body healthy, make the mind more active and strong heart.

The biggest reason behind having bad health is our own unhealthy habits and its possible to change them. Here we are going to describe some of the habits you can follow and keep your body healthy.

  • A glass of lukewarm water: To maintain energy level in the body, you should start your day with lukewarm water. Drinking lukewarm water increases the metabolic rate of our body, with the help of which the body remains fresh throughout the day.
  • Yoga & Exercise: Running-jogging, exercise, and yoga are very important for staying healthy, but in our busy life schedules, we are not able to give proper time to physical exercises, due to which our society becoming unhealthier rapidly. By exercising and running every day, the body’s toxins are removed and the body remains fit. If you don’t have time you can try yoga asanas at your home which takes small space and time.
  • Insist on walking: It is not necessary that you walk in the morning only then the benefits of the walk will be available. Walking is an exercise that can be done at any time of the day. If the office is near the house, then you walk to the office every day. Use the stairs most of the time instead of the lift. Keep moving around the house as well, don’t just relax.
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on time: In today’s busy life, people eat at the wrong time and in the wrong place, there is no time for people to eat.  Make time to eat and follow it every day. Have breakfast between 8.00- 9.00 am, lunch at 1.00 pm and dinner by 7:30 pm.
  • 7-8 hours of sleep: According to many research studies, people who sleep less than 7 hours fall prey to many diseases. Good and adequate sleep is very important for good health. People who go to sleep at 10 o’clock at night and wake up at 6 o’clock feel fresh all day.
  • Give time to outdoor games: In today’s time, people take children to the gaming area available in the mall, where they are entertained but physical and mental development is not possible. Even large ones have started playing more indoor games on video games, laptops, mobiles, PCs, etc. Make a distance from them and engage yourself in physical outdoor activities for at least 40 minutes daily.
  • Consumption of 3 liters of water: Water not only quenches thirst, but it is a panacea treatment for many diseases. People who consume at least two-and-a-half liters of water every day are less ill. Such people do not get upset quickly due to stomach problems, their skin is shiny and they do not have an acne problem either. So to be healthy, drink 3 liters of water every day. Many people complain of indigestion by drinking more water. For this, seek medical advice.
  • Stop the consumption of soda: Not only does soda cause rottenness in your teeth, but the refined sugar present in it in high amounts increases the number of calories by increasing obesity. If you like to consume diet soda in the temptation to reduce calories, then you need to know that it reduces the efficiency of the kidney.
  • Green Tea or Black Coffee: The antioxidants in green tea excrete the toxins of your body and also reduce excess fat in the body. Green tea is not only helpful in reducing weight but it also relieves the headache problem. Faded black coffee can also be taken. It has negligible calories while it is rich in calcium and potassium.
  • Eat fresh and organic: While eating fruits and vegetables protects against cancer, the risk of heart-related diseases is also reduced. They also keep the stomach clean. Along with this, many studies have shown that people who eat green vegetables and fruits are happier than those who do not eat vegetables and fruits.
  • Stop using chemical-based products: You can also stop chemical and preservative based products many packaged food comes up with many harmful preservatives that are only allowed in third world countries. You choose ayurvedic skin care products over chemical-based, commercial market-oriented, and cheap quality products.
