I recommend you get a whiteboard in your office so you can clearly state and write your goals. Then, you can make sure you are making progress and are leading your company in the right direction!”

You need to keep up with your physical activity as a way to get rid of negative energy you are feeling and provide your brain with a refresh. Physical activity is a great way to give your body a complete recharge and it can make a ton of difference.

On top of that, you need to take care of your mental health and find time away from your work. Make time for your family, friends, and – as I said above – for exerting some physical activity!”
